The product digitizes and automates the process of creating securities, instead of the traditional method of securitization.

Now securitization is long, expensive and difficult and requires a large number of partners and providers to do it and therefore it is expensive, the asset must be very large.

And accordingly, a lot of assets can't do this because they are not standardized, they can't be put together in a single portfolio based on current technologies, because they are all unique, for example, movies - all different and different characteristics as an asset.

And due to the fact that they are unique and scattered, they can not be collected many of the same in one place and, accordingly, make securitization and then issue bonds. Blockchain allows you to do this, standardize many unique and different assets.
